Location

Mara Sopa Lodge is located 230 km South West of Nairobi in the Maasai Mara, East Africa's leading Game Reserve. The reserve is connected by a good all weather road from Nairobi. Journey time from Nairobi is approximately 5 hours by safari minibus and 45 minutes by flight.

Feature

Mara Sopa Lodge has 200 beds with only 77 rooms, 12 suites and 1 presidential suite, all of which are 'rondavel' style and have en-suite bathroom facilities which provide shaving sockets and hairdryers. Every room and suite has a private, elevated verandah with splendid views across the valley and on which guests can relax, sunbathe and watch resident birds and wildlife. Mini-bars are also available in each room

The lodge provides a direct-dial telephone, satellite television and video options. Rooms are also equipped with drinking water in flasks and bottled water is available for sale The guest shop is stocked with a wide selection of curios, gift items, clothing, film and toiletries. The lodge has a freeform, fresh-water pool which offers spectacular views over the valley.

3 Days Masai mara Kenya Safari

Day 1

Depart for a scenic drive down into the Rift Valley, to Masai Mara, Kenya's world reknowned game reserve. Stop enroute at the Great Rift Valley for the stunning views. Arrive before lunch.

The afternoon gamedrives allows spotting of the unrivalled wildlife in the park. Spot the wildlide in Masai Mara including all the big five i.e lions,elephants,leopard,buffalo,rhino.
Dinner and overnight at mara sopa lodge (4 stars)or equivalent.

Day 2

Full day in Masai Mara. You enjoy two gamedrives today, one in the morning before breakfast and the other in the late afternoon. As your safari is private your gamedrive timings are flexible, useful if you are travelling with children, or are on a honeymoon.

You may also choose to have a full day gamedrive [ one for the whole day] with a packed picnic lunch.Return is in the evening for dinner and overnight at mara sopa lodge.

Day 3

At the break of dawn you enjoy your final gamedrive and departure for Nairobi after an early morning gamedrive and breakfast. Arrive Nairobi in the afternoon. Transfer to the airport for your flight home.
